Free initial consultation

A chance to discuss your concerns, expectations, and how we can work together. This initial consultation will take place before any other services are offered.
One-to-one counselling
(50 mins)
Personalised, supportive sessions where you can express yourself without judgment. Setting clear goals and desired outcomes, we will work on your journey to wellness

(50 minutes)
Guidance and support for personal growth, decision-making, and life transitions.

Follow-up sessions
(20–30 mins)
Check-ins after counselling or mentoring to maintain progress and reinforce coping strategies.

Face to face appointments - Tuesdays in Wombourne (WV5 8YH).
I offer phone/video call sessions (remote) through the week - check availability here.
